Cars For Causes® Affordable Transportation Program
In the beginning, we processed all of our donated cars through auctions but soon realized that we could get a better return for donors and charities by reconditioning and selling these same donated vehicles to the public ourselves. So, we launched our Affordable Transportation Program.
Cars 4 Caring® Car Give-Away Program
When we first opened our doors a couple came to us wanting to make an anonymous gift of a car to a struggling family in their church. Their generosity led us to establish the Cars 4 Caring® Car Give-Away Program. At this time, this program is only available to California residents.
Cars 4 Clean Air® Program
Once established, we found that we were receiving many vehicle donations that were more valuable as scrap metal than as affordable transportation. This led us to create our Cars 4 Clean Air® Program that recycles those types of vehicles having reached the end of their life and in need of repurposing. By finding a home for these vehicles we not only have created a benefit for charity, but for the environment as well.
Cars For a Cause® Program
When other charities came to us and asked us to handle their vehicle donation we created the Cars For a Causes® Program. Once we partner with another charity, they will market to their donor base and send all of their vehicle donations to us for processing. These other charities trust Cars 4 Causes to handle these Cars For a Cause vehicles and to squeeze the most we can out of them so their charity can benefit from the generous gift of their donors. Cars With a Cause® Program
When we first started, many donors asked us if we would share the proceeds from their vehicle donation with their favorite charity, school or church that had no vehicle donation program. Thus the Cars With a Cause® Program was born. This program represents all donated vehicles that come to Cars 4 Causes where the donor has specifically designated a charity, school or church that is not one of our Preferred Charities. Today we have processed donated vehicles to benefit more than 15,000 donor selected charities under our Cars With a Cause® Program. For a complete list of all of our supported charities, click here.
Team Cars 4 Causessm
Team Cars 4 Causessm is a dedicated group of caring employees and volunteers who come together to support local charitable causes. Team Cars 4 Causessm members volunteer their time to participate, as a group, to support and raise money from their family and friends for Cars 4 Causes® supported local causes.
Gadgets 4 Causessm
Our latest program, Gadgets 4 Causessm accepts donations of small personal consumer electronics such as cell phones, PDA's, iPhones, iPods, iPads, game consoles, etc.
Communities 4 Causes®/Communities For Causes®
