The Whittier Rio Hondo AIDS Project (WRHAP) was established to provide support and understanding to individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS. WRHAP offers services including healthcare, case management, mental health care, social services and policy advocacy, as well as provide a safe haven and healthy atmosphere for youth at the Christopher Wahl Youth Center.
