North County Solutions for Change works to end the homelessness of families in North San Diego County, ensuring 'every child has a home'. Central to the Solutions for Change mission is the Solutions Family Center, a transitional housing program and permanent supportive housing center for homeless families with children, designed to move families into sustainable employment and permanent affordable housing within one year.

The Center works with residents to break the cycle of homelessness by building a basic foundation and providing the tools necessary to make a positive difference in their lives and those of their children.
