The Montecito Emergency Response & Recovery Action Group, known as MERRAG, is a network comprised of local trained volunteers. This 'self-help' organization works in collaboration with the Montecito Water, Fire and Sanitary Districts. MERRAG provides auxiliary support to Montecito's public service agencies to ensure that they are prepared and ready to serve the community.
