Integrated Resources Institute (IRI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the full inclusion of persons with disabilities into their community. Through its' program MentorWorks, Integrated Resource Institute facilitates the employment of disabled persons in the USA and Australia. IRI also promotes on the job training through community volunteer work and promotes a mentoring approach with employers to more successfully integrate workers with disabilities into the regular workforce.
