The Homeless Animal Rescue Team (HART) offers a wide range of services designed to foster the well-being of rescued animals and reduce the population of surplus animals. The importance of spaying and neutering are emphasized through education and low or no-cost spay/neuter services and assistance. In addition to housing homeless pets who have been rescued, abandoned, owner relinquished or orphaned, HART programs provide for medical needs, offer pet and health care counseling, re-homing assistance, vet and other pet service referrals.
