The HARC Foundation (Help Artists & Rehabilitate Children) is dedicated to preserving and promoting the Creative Arts and Creative Artists in America - culturally, aesthetically, economically and therapeutically - as a fundamental requirement in fostering and maintaining a healthy society. HARC's Dual Mission and Purpose are 1) to help promote and support Emerging American Creative Artists from all art disciplines and 2) to help provide graduate training to Creative Artists who will become licensed Arts Therapists and specialize in the rehabilitation of abused children.
