As California's largest no-cage, no-kill cat sanctuary and adoption center, The Cat House on the Kings has saved the lives of over 18,000 cats and 5,000 dogs. In a unique, cage-free environment, The Cat House provides sanctuary for feral and abandoned cats and kittens for the Central Valley and State of California. They currently care for more 700 cats and kittens, providing lifetime care when needed. Adoption facilitation is also provided, helping to find safe and permanent homes for cats, dogs and other rescued animals. Referrals for low cost spaying and neutering are offered in addition to education on becoming involved in improving animal welfare.
