CARe was created in response to the 1994 Northridge Earthquake, and is on a mission is to provide free comprehensive information about disaster recovery, including the insurance claim process, to disaster survivors so they may effectively reestablish their homes, lives and communities. CARe is helping people navigate the maze of recovery, which can be an overwhelming task to many survivors. They help ease that burden by educating people so they can help themselves through the process. All CARe volunteers and staff have lost their homes and successfully recovered from fire or earthquake disasters. They've been there and understand the needs of disaster survivors. CARe has partnered with Cars 4 Causes® to process their vehicle donations. Cars 4 Causes® is America's 1st vehicle donation charity and Causes® specializes in car donations and donating your car to Cars 4 Causes® will help raise money for CARe.
